Employment
We support people who wish to be employed in
integrated (regular) workplaces. Services include individual assessments, job
development, and On-the–Job–Training. We also provide ongoing support and follow up to help
maintain effective communication between employee and employer regarding
job performance and job satisfaction. 
Our focus is to work with one person at a time and to
develop relationships with the prospective employee and employers that
promote long-term employment and job
satisfaction.
We are also exploring ways to support people in
starting their own businesses or micro businesses.
We offer employment services under the 245B, CADI, Rehab
Services, and county paid services.
