Life by Design partners with people who want to live self-determined lives. We believe that people with disabilities deserve opportunities to fully participate in their community, school, or job, just like everybody else. Life By Design, Inc. has a proven track record of listening, responding, and providing person-centered services and supports. We collaborate with families in supporting children to participate fully in various community and home activities and to gain skills needed for growth and moving into adulthood. Services are guided by the principles of self-determination using person centered planning - each person defines and directs his or her own path in life. Our approach is to listen hard and to support each person in exercising control and gaining mastery of his or her life and becoming self advocates.
